The “sliding grip” type bar allows for insane contraction type of training in pushing exercises getting the best results. Compared to dumbbells, with this sliding grip bar, you will also feel greater converging resistance, requiring less coordination, control will be easier, and the range of movement will make for a great MUSCLE CONNECTION.
Convergent resistance means that when you bring your hands closer together you will feel an extra, more concentrated resistance.
SYNCHRONIZED WRIST MOVEMENT ensures that both hands move symmetrically at the same time, avoiding muscle imbalances and movement imbalances, ensuring safety.
Maintenance:
Barbell requires a small layer of specific lubricant on the shaft with a small layer of lubricant every two weeks to ensure a smoother workout. This step may also be necessary right after unpacking the bar from its packaging before first use.
